DEVELOPMENT Walter “Trey” Embrey III learned the development business working for his father in the apartment industry where he participated in the development of over 4000 apartment units. Trey started his development career working on-site directing the site development of project's in San Antonio and Austin before moving on to working the entitlement process on deals in San Antonio and Houston. From his work experiences Trey learned the skills to become a development partner with Embrey Partners and went on to develop more than a dozen successful projects.
